Children & Young People
We advocate for early therapeutic interventions for children and young people. We believe this can help reduce physical and mental health problems and build emotional resilience, self-esteem, and interpersonal skills, that once open to, can help provide emotional security for life.
Experiencing emotional difficulties may manifest as frequent headaches, persistent worries, unhappiness, nervousness, or fearfulness. Conversely, a child or young person with positive emotional well-being is happy, confident, and not burdened by anxiety or depression.
How we can help you!
Play Therapy
Play Therapists understand expressing feelings through words can be challenging. Instead, we spend time playing with you, letting you choose how to play. We bring a versatile play box with sand, paints, music, art and toys to each session. If something’s missing, just let us know. Your hour-long session is dedicated to playing together in a way that suits you. We hope you find joy in your session!
Creative Play At Home
We encourage having a creative home space for mental and physical well-being. This unique area, tailored to your home, offers a designated spot for freedom and creativity. While ideally always accessible, we understand it may not be feasible in a busy family home.
Your Creative Space
To start, gather essential items: an apron for protection, a plastic cover for your surroundings, and a creative box to hold tools, along with a cardboard box for finished work. Include art materials like pens, paper, brushes, glue, crayons, and more. You can expand your collection with recycled goods, fostering inspiration and motivation. Take a look at our Seasonal Newsletters below for project ideas.
Where You May See Us
We offer Play Therapy as our main service but you may see us for Group Therapy, in an After School Club or you may have a Treasure Basket from us with Top-Up-Parcels of support.

Volunteer With Us!
Would you join us for a sponsored walk, run, or bike ride to support vulnerable children in our community? Could you help us raise awareness by running a school fair? Or commit to one Saturday a month, during term time, for a year to assist in building Treasure Baskets for our children in need? We’re also open to more ideas on supporting children’s emotional well-being. If you’re interested in any of these, please get in touch. We’d love to hear from you!
